Nakano Fudoson

Nakano Fudoson in Fukushima City, affectionately known as the Fudo of Nakano, is a sacred site counted among the three great Fudo temples of Japan. Legend says the monk Emyo, guided by a mountain deity, enshrined Fudo Myoo and lit a sacred flame. That fire still burns today as the undying lamp within the inner cave.
