Since the timing of full bloom is fleeting, lasting only about a week, frequently check the blooming information from the Miyazaki Local Meteorological Office and visit at the best timing.

The recommended time slot is around 7 to 9 in the early morning. Access: To Takachiho Gorge, accessing by bus from Nobeoka Station or Miyazaki Station is common. From Nobeoka Station, take the bus bound for Takachiho for about 1 hour 20 minutes, get off at the "Takachiho Bus Center," then reach the gorge on foot or by circulation bus. By private car, it's about 15 minutes from the "Takachiho IC" on the Kyushu Chuo Expressway.
