๐Ÿ—ผ Tokyo|June 25, 2026

Janoyu Onsen Takaraso

In the Kazuma hamlet of Hinohara, at an elevation of around six hundred meters, a sturdy thatched-roof inn stands quietly among the mountains. The kabuto-zukuri building, with more than three centuries of history, is a registered tangible cultural property and is known as one of the few remaining hidden hot spring inns in Tokyo. Its name is said to come from a legend of an injured snake that healed itself in the spring.
