Babahera Ice Cream
Baba means an elderly woman and hera means a metal spatula, and the name comes from roadside vendors serving ice cream with a spatula. Yellow banana flavor and pink strawberry flavor are deftly layered and shaped like a rose. It is a local ice cream that colors summer in Akita.
