Course Route
9:00 Start at Ritsurin Garden Explore the Special Place of Scenic Beauty first thing in the morning. Take in the ponds and pines framed by Mount Shiun while the crowds are still thin.
10:30 Rest at a garden teahouse Enjoy tea at Kikugetsu-tei in the south garden and pause to watch the garden reflected on the water.
12:00 Udon lunch in central Takamatsu Head into town and have the famous Sanuki udon for lunch.
14:00 Move to Yashima and walk the summit Take the Yashima Skyway up to the top and visit lookout points overlooking the Seto Inland Sea.
16:00 Yashima-ji and Shishi no Reigan Visit the pilgrimage temple Yashima-ji, then enjoy the evening scenery from Shishi no Reigan to close the day.
