Sanuki Udon

Honetsuki-dori
Marugame City's bold specialty โ whole chicken leg marinated in spices, roasted at high heat until the skin blisters and crackles.
Shodoshima Olive

Shoyu Mame

Sanuki Wasanbon Sugar
Kagawa's artisan sugar used in higashi dry sweets and fine confectionery throughout Shikoku.
Access
Takamatsu, Marugame and Zentsuji have the greatest density of udon shops. Many open early and close after selling out.
