Akame Forty-Eight Waterfalls

The Akame Forty-Eight Waterfalls, in Nabari City of Mie Prefecture, form a gorge where waterfalls large and small appear one after another, making it a popular hiking spot. Along an old-growth-forest trail of about 4 km, you can enjoy ever-changing waterfall scenery. It is a healing gorge of seasonal nature and mysterious legend.
