• Parking suggested by Iyo City: (1) The parking area at the Shimonada Community Centre (Shimonada Sports Park), about a 15-minute walk from Shimonada Station (parking may be unavailable when events are held); (2) a temporary municipal car park about 150 metres from Shimonada Station (because the space near the approach is narrow and gets congested, visitors are asked to cooperate by entering from the Ozu (Nagahama) side, as indicated by the signs on National Route 378)
• No on-street parking: Iyo City states explicitly that "parking on the streets around the station is not only a nuisance to local residents but also a cause of traffic accidents and congestion, so please do not do it." The wider section of the Kamihama-side entrance leading from National Route 378 to the station (on the south side of the station) is also a city road, not a parking area
