Course Route
9:00 Start at Muroto Cape Walk the seaside path and take in the jagged rocks formed by uplift along with the statue of Nakaoka Shintaro.
10:00 To the Muroto Cape Lighthouse Visit the white lighthouse on the height and enjoy its lens, among the most powerful in Japan, and the sweeping panorama of the sea.
11:00 Stroll the Ranshoyu path Walk the coastal trail lined with strange rocks carved by the waves and feel the power of the land.
12:00 Break at the roadside station Stop at the roadside station overlooking the sea, taste local seafood and specialties, and take a rest.

Access and Tips
It is about two hours by car from central Kochi. The sights are scattered along the coastline, so traveling by car is convenient. There are sections on foot, so wear comfortable shoes.

The winds along the shore are often strong, so bring a jacket. The path to the lighthouse climbs a slope, so allow yourself plenty of time.
