Kitagawamura Onsen Yuzu no Yado
Set along the Nahari River in Kitagawa Village, one of Japan's leading producers of yuzu citrus, this is a single secluded inn. Wrapped in the quiet of a mountain hamlet also known for its Monet-inspired garden, it lets you relax to the murmur of the mountain stream.
Highlights
The open-air bath looks out over the clear waters of the Nahari River and mountain greenery that shifts with the seasons. Around the winter solstice, a yuzu bath scattered with the local fruit appears, filling the air with a refreshing citrus fragrance.Enjoying the Seasons
