What needs to be booked

• You can board the Santa Maria's regular cruises with a same-day ticket without a reservation, but buying a good-value web ticket in advance is recommended.
• Reservations are accepted from the beginning of the month two months before the sailing date. Groups (15 or more people) can book from the beginning of the month three months before, and private charters from the beginning of the month six months before until one month before.
• Cancellation fees: 200 yen per booking up to 7 days before departure, 10% of the face value of the ticket up to two days before, and 30% up to the time of departure. No refunds are given after departure (meal sets and event cruises have separate rules).
• Seasonal flower events such as cosmos are held in different places and at different times depending on the year. Check the event information in advance.

Photography rules and etiquette
