On the upper reaches of the Kotogawa River in Shuho, Mine City, the Shuho Shiraito Falls takes its name from the way water streams down the rock face like white threads. With a drop of 30 meters and surrounded by natural forest, the falls lie about 300 meters along a well-kept path from the parking area. It is a quiet, healing power spot easily reached while enjoying a forest bath.
